Refund Policy - Classroom Courses

1. A refund for a Classroom Program can be obtained within 15 days of enrollment into a program. No refund shall be entertained after 15 days from the date of enrollment, as SRIRAM does not receive refunds on payments made to various stakeholders, who contribute to the intellectual content and tech requirements of the program.

2. However, the course can be transferred by the student to another student within a period of 60 days of enrollment into the program, after taking necessary approval from the Admissions Committee of the Institution.

Refund Policy - Online Courses

1. A refund for an Online Program can be obtained within 7 days of enrollment into a program. No refund shall be entertained after 15 days from the date of enrollment, as SRIRAM does not receive refunds on payments made to various stakeholders, who contribute to the intellectual content and tech requirements of the program.

3. For purchase of LMS or Test Series only, no refund can be obtained after purchase.
